Back to School with Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC
Youth are at the heart of our communities, and therefore, at the heart of our clubs. As the summer of soccer came to a close, the two clubs turned their attention to helping North Texas students prepare for the new school year.
With over a dozen community activations, Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC gave out almost 30,000 school supply items and contributed financially through sponsorships and giveaways. The clubs partnered with included the City of Dallas, UT Southwestern,Re. Anchia Halperin, The Dream Center Dallas, For Oak Cliff, and more to help families and students return to the classroom ready for the year ahead.
Javier is for Dallas
As part of his introduction to North Texas, Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez made several community stops and began getting to know the people and organizations serving his new home.
His tour included a visit with the Dallas Police Department, where he met Chief Daniel C. Comeaux and members of the department’s Unidos program. Together they discussed current public safety efforts, community initiatives and opportunities to strengthen connections with Dallas residents.

De Regreso a Clases con Atlético Dallas y Dallas Trinity FC
Los jóvenes son el corazón de nuestras comunidades y, por lo tanto, también son el corazón de nuestros clubes. Mientras el verano de fútbol llegaba a su fin, los dos clubes enfocaron su atención en ayudar a los estudiantes del Norte de Texas a prepararse para el nuevo año escolar.
Con más de una docena de activaciones comunitarias, Atlético Dallas y Dallas Trinity FC entregaron casi 30,000 artículos escolares y realizaron contribuciones económicas a través de patrocinios y obsequios. Los clubes se asociaron con organizaciones como la Ciudad de Dallas, UT Southwestern, la Oficina del Comisionado Re. Anchia, Halperin, The Dream Center Dallas, For Oak Cliff y otras más para ayudar a que las familias y los estudiantes regresaran a las aulas listos para el año que tienen por delante.

Como parte de su llegada al Norte de Texas, Javier “Chicharito” Hernández realizó varias visitas comunitarias y comenzó a conocer a las personas y organizaciones que sirven a su nuevo hogar.
Su recorrido incluyó una visita al Departamento de Policía de Dallas, donde se reunió con el jefe Daniel C. Comeaux y miembros del programa Unidos del departamento. Juntos hablaron sobre los esfuerzos actuales de seguridad pública, iniciativas comunitarias y oportunidades para fortalecer las conexiones con los residentes de Dallas.
